“Had an Implant this morning with Dr Simon Riahi. I was anticipating a horrible painful experience as it is essentially a type of surgery. It turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. Simon greeted me in reception and immediately put me at ease explaining the procedure. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure itself. I have had worse fillings in fact! Simon explained the after care procedures and the next stages in the process. I have to say that I was impressed with his proffessionism. So much so that I felt I ought to write a review. If you are considering an Implant then I can't recommend Simon enough. He says he has done over a thousand of them and it shows. I had to travel from Hertfordshire to come to this practice which was a pain. Worth it though.”

“I have been attending the Barkingside practice of Finest Dental under Dr Dal Grewal, I have had a phobia about dentists since I was young, however my Daughter in law had treatment with Dal and recommended him to me, I found Dal was very patient and he talked me through each step allowing me to be at ease. I wore a denture for years which I wasn't happy with and didn't smile much, now I've had four implants on my first course of visits and that went so well, Now I have gone back for a further two at the front. I am now so at ease that I now am going around smiling again. Thanks very much. Jane from Isle of Wight.”

“I felt instantly comfortable the second I walked through the door, everyone was so nice to me and took time to explain everything in detail so I understood. I've always had problems with the NHS dentist as I never feel they have any time for me. But as soon as I came here I was made to feel welcome, less self concious and completley comfortable.”

“I decided it was time to sort out the three implants I needed but cost was always a big issue and as I had been quoted around £2200 each at my 'normal' dentist I was chuffed when I saw the advert for Finest Dental on Facebook. at almost half the other quote I was a little suspicious at first but I have been nothing but impressed so far by the team in Winchester. Im not used to going to such a friendly and personal Dentist, where everyone knows your name and looks after you from the minute you walk through the door. My treatment is only part way through but from my experience so far, I am happy to recommend Stavros and his team. At £1200 an implant, this will make a massive difference to me. to check how fair I am look me up on TripAdvisor under LUKECOWESTANNERSBROOK Luke Glasspell (King's Worthy)”

“Had an implant and received first class treatment from everyone at Finest Dental. My treatment was started by Simon and finished off by Stavros. I cannot thank everyone enough for their kindness. “I have just had my new implant/bridge fitted....I am so pleased they look amazing! May I say that Liz the receptionist was especially helpful and kind. The dentist I started off with Simon he was great....and Stavros Eliftheriou who finished my treatment was great too...nothing was too much trouble for them. A very professional and excllent job done I am so pleased after wearing a plate for 9yrs I am finally free again! I would reccommend using Finest Dental. I went to the one in Winchester....Julie Norman...Andover, Hants.”

“I had a top front implant placed by Dr Grewal. Very good personal service and great value for money. No complications. Reception staff also very friendly, polite and helpful. I travelled from Coventry to have the work done and my own dentist has recently commented regarding how good the implant looks. Highly recommended.”

“I had my work done by Adeel a few months back. I had a top front implant done and a veneer on the tooth next to it. I've never been one to go private but because of the nature of the work I had to. The friendly reassuring service I received was truly 5 star from Nicola the nurses and of course Adeel himself who talked me through all of the stages and options that suited me they even tried to save me money on certain things what I found surprising as it was a private clinic. I now even have complements about my new whitened smile whats an even bigger bonus. I cant thank all the staff at the clinic enough they bent over backwards to fit me in and shuffle things around so I could have the work completed before I went away for the summer. I will certainly be returning for more work in the future even if I can do it via NHS. Well impressed and one happy customer.”

“I have chosen Finest Dental for some implant treatment, to be honest, mainly for the value first because a lot of others were more than twice the cost and I did not want to travel outside of the UK. The Dentist/implantologist, Dr Dal Grewal walked me through the process, told me what was involved and was professional throughout. I appreciated that he told me the risks and processes in plain English and took time to ensure that I understood. The staff go through the process with you and ask you if you have any questions or concerns, they don’t start until you’re satisfied and you know what’s going on. It made me feel like I was involved. I would encourage anyone to use Dal and Finest Dental”

“The staff are all lovely and at the first consultation I was made to feel at ease. The costs were all clearly explained to me as were the procedures and risks. However, neither of the two people I saw initially are doing my treatment (one has left, the other been promoted) and being a very nervous patient it was a big shock to see a total stranger, no matter how good they are, who was going to treat me. My fast braces are in but the bottom back bracket came away before getting home and there are no emergency numbers and despite having left two messages no response so currently feeling very isolated and concerned. Hopefully this is a minor blip and I will be able to update this review with praise and compliments in the months to come”

Brackets with fixed braces do come off from on occasions and this could happen to anyone and can be quickly fixed with no charge. “I recently lost a front tooth and, being an elderly pensioner, I was nervous about having an implant for the first time. Dr Simon Riahi put me at ease by explaining each step of the procedure in a positive and reassuring manner. Finest Dental in Winchester also gave me the best quote and terms of payment. I had previously made a second exploratory appointment in Southampton but this turned out to be a very short, unpleasant and very expensive consultation with a quote more than double given by Finest Dentist. I hurried home to make an appointment with Dr Simon. Two weeks ago, under local anaesthetic, the surprisingly painless implant placement was performed by Dr Simon and his two pleasant and efficient assistants. For the next two weeks I followed the verbal and written advice given to me and experienced very little discomfort. If you are looking for a high standard of treatment, at the best possible rate, with the nicest of people, then Finest Dental Winchester is for you. I travel by bus from Southampton and the bus conveniently stops opposite the dental practice at St Thomas Church in Southgate Street. There are stairs leading down to the clinic so check with Liz, the friendly and obliging receptionist, if you have a mobility problem. Nellio”
