My experience with Finest Dental has been smooth and consistent throughout. I couldn't be more thankful to the reception team and my amazing dentist who has done a brilliant job on my teeth.

Coming to Finest Dental was life changing. I've always had good, healthy teeth and always visited the dentist but after having a minor accident whilst playing a game of rugby, I had my front tooth knocked out! This was horrifying and at my age, not something I want to walk around with. First thing I did was head straight to my dentist but unfortunately I didn't have £5000 spare for a tooth! stressed and panicked, I hit the internet and searched for a dental practice near by who could help at a lower cost. I came across a lot of practices and they were all similar priced. £3000,£4000 and so on. It's unbelievable how expensive these things are! I found Finest Dental online and I couldn't believe it. a single implant for £1695! sounded too cheap to be true so I booked a visit to see why they are so cheap and if they could help me. They assessed my tooth and they told me the root was still inside and that they would need to extract that and wait 2 months for it to heal before they could place an implant in! I'm an impatient guy but this apparently was the soonest it could be done due to bone healing and so on. I did my investigating and asked why are they so cheap and what is the process and I was really impressed with the answer. The dentist and the lady looking after me that day both said the same thing. Due to the amount of cases they do over their 10 practices that are open, it averages 8000 implants placed a year and because of this, they get charged less for each implant than a normal dentist who has to charge more to cover their costings. The implants they use are noble biocare who after researching them online, are the best around. Safe to say I signed the paperwork, paid in full and got booked in for the first appointment. They even gave me a temporary denture for free! which I got 10 days after signing! They did this so I didn't have to walk around with no front tooth. they removed the root the same day and fitted the denture for me. I didn't feel a thing and went back to work straight after. 2 months later I had to go back for a scan to check if It was ready for the implant and thankfully It was. He placed the implant and I had to wait again for it to heal another 2 months before they could carry out the next step. I was really impressed that they didn't rush my treatment even though I gave them a hard time trying to speed things up. They really care about patients and will go at the safest speed and won't cut corners. After the next 2 months passed, I went for impressions and was booked for an appointment 10 days after again to fit the crown on top which is the weirdest feeling! It felt so natural and looked very real. No one could tell I lost a tooth (For those who didn't see me without it) I've recommended a few friends to Finest Dental and one of them has an appointment coming up! Thanks Finest Dental!

After reading my wifes review on here regarding her treatment experience with Finest Dental, I couldn't agree more. There's something very special about the team working In Milton Keynes. After seeing the transformation she has had through her treatment and the confidence it brings, I decided it was now time to pay them a visit myself to help me with my situation! The booking process for a consultation is easy and quite honestly, brilliant. You don't go through to the dental practice when you call straight away - You go to their dedicated booking team who look for the best practice to visit depending on what you're looking for and they explain all the details too you there and then regarding payment options, prices of the treatment and so on.. It's great. They booked me in for an appointment with the same practice as my wife which of course suited me best as I've been told so many good things about them, it would only make sense for me to try there also. I didn't know what treatment I needed, I just knew that I needed help as the years have gone by, I started struggling to eat, drink and smile. On the day of the appointment I had a call from a lady at the branch to confirm I was still attending and confirmed I knew the address and where to park - This is a very professional way to deal with things and really impressed me. I walked in and went to take a seat in the reception area but before I could even sit down, my name was called and was asked to follow the lady through to the office for a brief chat before heading through to see the implantologist. I was asked if I wanted a drink of water or a hot drink which is nice. I explained to her that I was there to discuss a potential treatment to complete my mouth. I had missing a lot of teeth over the years and I wanted to have everything restored to improve my day to day life. after a lengthy conversation about the different options available, the dentist came into the room to introduce himself and asked to follow him through for the examination. first it was the xray that he took which he needed for bone levels and so on and he wasn't judgmental at all. He explained what he saw and the problems that I am facing and would face if I leave it the way things are and it really hit home. He took a look in my mouth and was doing a diagnostic with his nurse Maria who is a very nice girl! both of them were fantastic and I could see what all the fuss was about. There was only one worry going through my mind during the exam. Harps was recommending a treatment called Teeth in a day... That in its self sounds expensive and it sounded like a big procedure. I just thought I can't afford this. I appreciated the honesty and the professionalism I was given, but my excitement was dampened cause i just thought oh my lord. Anyways... After all this finished, I went back into the room I first started and waited there whilst Harps and Julie created a treatment plan which would explain everything and I could find out the damage it was going to cost. . A couple minutes pasted and I was presented a treatment plan and on it had a summary of the consultation and what was discussed and recommended. a breakdown of the costsan appointment schedule terms and conditonsand then pages and pages of detailed information on the treatment recommended to me. . It was fantastic, it really was - The detail I got and the service I was shown was second to none but It was too expensive for me. It totaled quite a few thousand and I thanked them for what they've done and said that it was something I would need to consider.. and I was hoping to leave it there but I was asked for any concerns or if there was anything they needed to do to help. As a laugh I asked for the price to come down to a more affordable price based on my finances. I didn't think they would but Julie asked what would be ideal for me. After I mentioned what would be more suitable for me she asked me to wait a few moments whilst she went out to speak with her Manager. Time passed and she came back in.. Long story short, they would bring the treatment down to what I asked providing I give them a testimonial video which of course I agreed too. I was just so happy - and even more happier now that my treatment is all done and dusted. One day it took for me to have 2 new arches of teeth. 8 hours of my day to give me everything I wanted and although they are temp and I need to come back to have new bridges made for my "Finals" I think they look amazing. The surgery was intense but so skilled, I was always checked on and If I needed them to stop for a minute. It was just all brilliant and I couldn't be happier. I will be going to finest dental for my check ups and future appointments for sure. Thank you for everything you've done.

I can honestly say i had the best experience while attending finest dental in Wokingham. Lisa was fantastic and is always so lovely. Whilst having my treatment i stupidly lost one of my retainers and they couldnt have helped me enough. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of having treatment

fantastic service, couldnt fault the Winchester branch at all! It took me a long time to decide who to have my treatment with and i am so happy i opted for Finest Dental! all the staff are lovely and will go out of their way for you, if i could give more stars i would!

Getting a refund is a Herculean task. Getting someone to pick up the phone is an impossible job and you have to go in to branches to resolve. I'll be cancelling my direct debit for the treatment I DID NOT receive until someone rectifies this. Worst dentist and worst customer experience by a mile!

Shame I couldn't put a minus. What an appalling company this is. Promised a refund for dreadful work, but now avoiding paying. Should and will be reported to the GDC.

Great experience overall. A few appointments were moved due to dentist illness but other than that everything went smoothly. I found there were plenty of appointments available but you do have to be flexible, but they told me that in my meet & greet. Most importantly results were amazing & the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Wish I could give Zero stars , most of the good reviews on here are fake for sure , when I was waiting in the reception area I overheard lots and lots of phone calls coming in, complaining about the service and the staff were laughing behind their desks . I have had a terrible experience at the Bermondsey branch , I paid £10,000 upfront and they dragged me months and months without doing nothing , they left me with no teeth for 6 months ( I’m 35 years old) imagine going to work and meeting clients and stuff like that for 6 months with no teeth !!!! It was horrible and it affected my mental health, I have complained several times and they did absolutely nothing . They were supposed to fit my final teeth months ago but they’ve wasted my time for nothing, the quality of the work is deplorable and the service appalling I wish I’ve never set foot in their branch and wasted all my savings for this unbelievably poor service . SHAME ON YOU management and your staff

So happy with my treatment! Had the invasalign treatment for nearly over a year. Cannot express my gratitude enough to the amazing dentist towards the end of my treatment who literally changed my smile make over! Staff at the Milton Keynes branch are all so lovely. Cannot thank them enough.

Unbelievably terrible phone service which makes booking in appointments painful and no one responds to email. Regretting spending all the money, not an enjoyable experience at all.

Okay, first things first. Yeah the staff are helpful when you first arrive, make you feel at home. But they want your money so why wouldn't they. The treatment isn't the best harldy ever seeing the same dentist. After the work was carried out I've been left with a hole in one of my teeth which I had to sort at my own expense. On top of that I am owed money for work not carried out that I paid for, I keep getting the same excuses every time I ring or email. Like that hope I forget about it and just keep my money. These people are scam artist. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Finest Dental at MK is great. They are always prompt and never leave you waiting. The receptionists are friendly and helpful and the dentists are very professional and knowledgeable, and have done a really great job with my teeth. Just wish I'd had them done years ago now I've seen the difference. I've had my invisalign for 2 years now - the first year straightened them well but I had another set just to align them perfectly, and nothing is too much trouble for them.
