After months of waiting and not hearing from them, I contacted them and they said they could not send it to my address. I have an APO/FPO address. I emailed them before placing the order and they said they could send it. The web page also accepted my address. I requested a refund. They wanted to refund in Bitcoin. I do not have a Bitcoin account. The webpage states that they will refund me in the same way I purchased. I used Moneygram. They refuse to do that. I suggested using PayPal. They refuse to do that also. They asked me to have a friend who uses Bitcoin. I do not know anyone who uses Bitcoin. I asked them to find someone who uses PayPal so I can get my refund, but they refused. The last I heard from them, they said they were working on getting a third party involved and would send it. It has been several months and I just want my money. This is a scam stay clear.”

Their agents knocked it out of park for me recently on my last order, for instance. There was an issue with shipping. My package was held up in another state for a few days, showing no sign of progress for the future. I made an agent aware of my issue through the website and they took take care of it and sent me a brand new order without even questioning me aside from the tracking info so they could verify.”

“Been ordering from finestgears for over a year now products always good quality. Delivery can be faster but always get product within 10days from time i placed orders. Generally a good company to order from customer service is always available i would recomend using them. My issue is when I use zelle they add a zelle fee on top of the delivery fee or warehouse fee and there they company that has as ever done that. It makes the product cost go up no matter how u look at it. Overall happy with them service”

“I have been waiting on a order that was paid for on weeks ago. The postal service says in the the US and a label was created but it has disappeared. Finest Gears said they would fix it but so far it’s still not here. They are slow especially when you use the INT or EU warehouse but this is from the USA warehouse so where is it? I’ve been a customer of the company for five years and they are SLOW. Order your stuff a couple of months in advance and make sure you have enough gear to make it through these long delays.”
