Would be a repeat purchase customer but unfortunately your delivery courier lets you down so badly that I cannot justify buying from you any more unless you get someone else than UK Mail for delivery. Their customer service is horrid and their logistics are even worse. Almost asked for a refund.”

I was particularly impressed with how well my glass jars of cloudberry jam were packed - several layers of bubble wrap followed by layers of crumpled paper and the whole thing then packed in a large secure cardboard box marked FRAGILE, I did have worries if the glass jars would arrive unbroken but I need not have worried, they were perfect and with a very prompt delivery of only 1 to 2 days. Very impressed, would recommend to others.”

“I was ordering for my girlfriend, a Finn, who often misses several home comforts so this website has proved to be a gold mine for little treats. The process was simple and the delivery was very quick she loves the products and i even got some bits for myself to try.
One thing i'd like to see is a larger selection of the long drink flavours, as while the original is good I know they do many more great flavours.”
