Used for a number of years not any more. Recently had a dud cartridge which FCI would not acknowledge. They claim software decays over time. First time I've heard that one.

“XL black cartridge ran out after barely any use. The company did not want to do anything about it. Happy to take your money, but not keen to offer good service when a product is potentially faulty.
I won't be using them again and advise anyone thinking of doing so to be aware you may not get the service you hoped for.”
