“Unfortunately the watch I wanted was not in stock but the price was so much better than elsewhere on the web that it was worth the short wait. My husband is very pleased with his gift -- a fantastic, stylish watch. Great website, excellent delivery service, best prices, will return to buy again.”

“Ordered a watch for my wife's birthday as stated next day delivery. Ordered Wednesday night to get by Sunday. Delivery was attempted on Friday, but no one was home but no card was left so I didn't know. By the time I called on Saturday morning it was too late for them to try again on Saturday. They assured me a card would have been left but there wasn't so I had no idea I would need to contact them on Friday to get delivery attempted again on the Saturday. Upshot is I haven't yet received the order and my wife didn't get her birthday present.”

“From finding the website and selecting an item, to order to completion of payment and delivery was simple, smooth and completed to time. Delivery was exactly as specified. The item was well packaged and arrived in good condition. I was informed at every stage of the ordering process and there were various payment options. I chose Paypal with no issues.”

“I am very satisfied with First Class Watches. I made an offer for buying a DKNY watch which was slightly above my budget and very soon I received an email writing that it was accepted. I made an order at 2 a.m. and my watch was delivered next day at 11 a.m. I am very happy with the watch. I would definitely recommend it and purchase from them again.”

“This was an absolutely excellent company to do business with! I ordered a watch for my son on a Monday evening (May 27) from Missouri, U.S.A., and really thought it was surely an error that the expected date of delivery was showing Wednesday (May 29). When Fed Ex showed up with the watch on Wednesday morning, I was shocked! I do not know how they got the order processed and the item delivered so quickly, but I am very impressed that they did. My son loves the watch, and First Class Watches offered it at the lowest price we found. If only every company operated their business like this... Thanks so much!”

“Although the box was damaged, the watch was good and arrived very quickly. Being a limited edition watch, FCW wasn't able to help with the replacement box. The box was just placed in a plastic FedEx sleeve and was shipped internationally. I did receive a few pounds credit back, but the overall value of the watch was rendered lower.”
