“The Seiko watch I ordered over the phone (though I could have done it online) was the cheapest price I could find for the model I wanted. It wasn't in stock when I called but they send an email four days later to say it was on its way. Delivery (included in the price) had to be signed for so no leaving the package by the front door. Basically, a no problems purchase.”

“I ordered my watch at 3pm on a Wednesday and it arrived at 4.15 pm the next day and as I live in N Ireland I thought that was impressive. So many companies who advertise next day delivery do not live up to that promise for N Ireland.”

“Extremely good service. I was offered a price match and was informed every step of the delivery stage via email. The watch was delivered the next day after it was ordered. It was professionally wrapped and the guarantee certificate was stamped. Also Seiko confirmed that they were an approved Seiko supplier which was good to know. All my watches will be from this site and I 100% recommend them. I am extremely happy with the watch and the service.”

“Just loved the web site of First Class Watches ,This must be one of the best and easiest to navigate i have ever visited. The Seiko watch i purchased arrived by Fed ex just 5 days later. Vat was deducted in the UK but of course payable here in Norway ,All in all my new Seiko was a good deal cheaper than i could expect here in Norway, No problem recommending this company.”

“Fast shipment using reliable carrier. Watch arrived wrapped with protective covers even before the actual watchbox. Authentic watch brand new with wrappings all in place and correct warranty stamps. Just as described and right as pictured on website. I am very happy that I chose FCW as place to shop for a watch. Will most certainly recommend it to friends and colleagues. Thank you very much!”
