“First Class Service! Watch arrived next day even though I live in Northern Ireland so hadn't expected it to, I spoke to Scott in the service team who was extremely helpful and answered any queries i had so i knew i was making the right choice. Couldnt recommend the service i received enough, a very customer orientated company, thanks!”

“Watch not working on arrival. Clearly hadn't been checked before dispatch. Return is at buyer's expense so I am out several quid for a duff watch. Not very impressive.”

“I asked for the links on the watch strap to be adjusted, this was done as requested. Watch arrived in the time allocated. However, I had to charge the watch on arrival as it showed it required charging. I am not sure how to comment on this, has the watch been in stock for a long time, as I am sure it would have come for the manufacturer fully charged, or was this just an oversight from FCW. I am sure they will reply to this. As for the watch. It is as was listed by FCW and is a very good watch, I have not yet had time due to going on holiday before I received the watch to test the auto update function in other countries. I have yet to do a full review of the watch on FCW WEB Site as I said above I have not yet tested the watch in other countries for auto time adjusting. Bob.”

“I am absolutely delighted with the Bulova watch I have received today. I have been searching for a white watch for several months now and have found the perfect one. I actually ordered a Guess watch from you several months back but unfortuantley when it arrived it looked far too big on my wrist however you accepted its return without issue. On this occasion you responded to my price match query surprisingly quickly for a Saturday evening and the item was posted and delivered again with impressive speed. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends and thank you for the fantastic customer service I have received.”

“I´m not used to review my buys, in a way because I´m not very skilful in the language. But I´m so satisfied with the transation that I had to come here to say it. Great seller, very good site, and really fast shippiment. I was surprise when I receieved the "Fedex" package, with my Breil watch inside. I´m certain I´ll buy again with this seller.”
