“Excellent service, I ordered around 2pm and the watch was delivered about 9.30am the following morning. First Class Watches were also happy to price-match. I actually had to return the watch because I didn't like the fit but this was nothing to do with First Class Watches. They processed my refund very quickly, would definitely use again.”

“Excellent Watch. Very pleased with it. Quality, size, smart look. Much better than I was expecting seeing it only on photos. And of course service from the "First Class Wathes" was absolutely perfect. The watch arrived next day extremely well packed. I highly reccomend the watch and the "The First Class Watche". Hassle free online purchase. By the way, adjusting a size was too easy, took me 5-10min. Following advise from google. Thanks!!”

“My wife bought me this watch as a 40th anniversary present and it's by far the most expensive watch I've ever owned. As the original techno junkie this is the perfect watch for me. We took advantage of the free bracelet adjustment service so it fitted perfectly on delivery. Speaking of delivery, this was extremely quick, all in all I can't fault the watch or the service in any way and would recommend both unreservadly.”

“Excellent customer service in every respect. Couldn't be more happy with the seller. I ordered from mainland EU from FCW on Friday and got the product shipped already Monday morning. Astonishingly fast shipment. We hardly have domestic sellers who deliver that fast ! The watch was perfectly prepared and fitted to the size I've provided and shipped with FedEx for a reasonable price. One of the best internet shops I experienced and definitely my one-stop seller for watches in the future!”
