“Had a problem trying to pay for a watch due to paypal, phoned FCW next morning and they had it sorted out very quickly within minutes. The watch was with me next day which is awesome considering I live in the North East of Scotland. The watch is stunning, came with a guarantee and is going to be a lovely 60th birthday present for a friend. Would highly recommend FCW and will be using them again for sure. Many thanks to all at FCW.”

“From beginning to end the service was first class, it couldn't have gone any smoother. The website was easy to navigate, I ordered the watch and it came the next morning, and at the price I wanted.
