“I ordered watch on Saturday and received an email on Monday to say the order had been despatched. I have been waiting for a further 3 days and I still havent received the order. The courier company used apparantly say delivery was attempted and a note left through the letterbox. Firstly, this is a complete lie, as nothing was left behind and secondly, i had left a note outside the front door saying if no answer, the item was to be left in a specified safe place. Very poor service and a most dissatisfied customer.”

“Watch arrived the day following my order and the metal strap was adjusted perfectly to the size I specified. Found the Seiko instructions less than perfect regarding the setting of the day/date, however a quick phone call to FCW sorted out my finger trouble! Watch is a present so have to wait for my birthday to get it back to wear!”

“Speedy delivery on time with constant updates on progress via email. Also, I saw the watch I liked cheaper elsewhere but had a two week lead time and they matched the price no questions. I was able to wear my watch the next day. Excellent”

“I have now purchased three items from First Class Watches and have to say that I have enjoyed first class service. My initial questions about specific products have been answered with extraordinary speed as have requests for general advice. The responses from the company have been clear and very much to the point. There has been no hint whatsoever that I was being steered one way or another - I have been left to make up my own mind. In other words no "pushiness" came my way. I have been able to make an offer for my purchases and this has resulted in the respective costs being lower than I have found anywhere else. The alacrity of shipping has also been remarkable (sometimes it's free, dependent on the price of the product) and I have always received items the next working day. The product list is extensive and relevant. If only all on line retailers gave this sort of service! I have nothing but praise for First Class Watches! Simply brilliant!”
