“I buy a lot of stuffs online, but Firstclass watches definitely stands among the best online sellers I have come across so far. Ordered a Swiss Military watch and the price was unbeatable. When I place the order, the model was out of stock and the estimated delvery was between 2 to 5 days. But the item was dispatched within one hour of placing the order and still i am not sure ow they managed to get one so quick. The tracking for the item was excellent and the watch arrived with excellent packaging. Overall experience was great and I am looking forward to do my next purchase with first class watches. Highly Recommended. Thanks”

“Almost everything about the order and delivery process went faultlessly. The watch is fine and the price excellent. The only small improvement I would suggest is, if you offer a 'chat to us' line on your web page, then make sure you answer the customer!!”
