“The Hull Trains experience for me has always been a very good one. I normally travel 1st Class and the level of service is always very good. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The trains however are getting a bit tired now and they shake and rattle a lot at speed.

“I have been using Hull Trains since its earliest days, when it had short trains of just three coaches, capable of only 100mph, and ran only two or three services per day. This small, limited, and local nature made the HT service a very friendly, pleasurable and good-humoured experience, and since I travelled weekly to London, I got to know all the onboard staff quite well.
Since those early days, HT has greatly increased the frequency of its service, and upgraded to high-speed 125mph trains with more carriages of increased capacity. Despite this considerable expansion, the onboard staff have not lost that earlier feeling of the HT service. It's still as friendly and pleasurable an experience to travel with HT as it was in those earliest days. So well done HT! - and keep up those excellent, friendly standards.
I look forward to many more pleasurable journeys with HT, especially since HT has extended the service to Beverley, thereby demonstrating its commitment to increasing customer service and convenience. Once again, well done!”

“I to London on a monthly basis to visit family and the trains are punctual. Very friendly staff who keep passengers informed throughout the journey. My only criticism is the luggage racks aren't big enough to take a cabin size bag and there can be a struggle for luggage space when the train is fully booked”
“Since the start up of HULL TRAINS it is the only service I use to get to LONDON, direct trains... so no hauling luggage on and off... the seats are comfortable. the carriages are clean, the toilets are clean, the staff pleasant and I sometimes travel 1st class which is also excellent.... In the past I have traveled to London 3/4 a year to visit family ..but now I am retired and have a SENIOR RAILCARD I use it much more frequently and to date have never been disappointed with the service I have received.”
“Have Travelled frequently by Hull Trains from Howden to London Kings Cross and have found them punctual efficient clean and friendly. The journey takes just over two hours and the buffet service is very good.”
“The staff are friendly and helpful. The trains seats are comfortable and roomy. The toilets are usually clean and equipped with paper and soap and the hand dryers work. When the trains are delayed I have always been kept informed. It is annoying to receive a refund that had to be used at a station rather than on-line. An icon to 'sign in' on the home page for buying tickets would be helpful. Keep going Hull Trains you are doing a good job.”
