“Really happy with our first tutorial yesterday. My son loved it and has already said he’s looking forward to next week. Rachael was great with him and I come away feeling very optimistic! Rachael is very professional and firm but at the same time made his lesson fun! Thanks Rachael!”

I can see that you have purchased the contact details of two tutors during 2018 and last purchased a tutor's contact details from the site in February 2019. We have not received any correspondence from you to indicate that you were dissatisfied with any of your tutors, so we have not been able to help you with any issues you may have had at the time. We do have a dedicated Customer Support team working 7 days a week to assist with any problems or concerns you may have. “our tutor is very passion, easy to understand when explaining things and highlighted the key main points technique on how to digest each questions well, he is very strong background in A Level math since he studies engineering where we certainly hope he can gradually help our daughter within this 2 years time, surely for a significant progress improvement to achieve our daughter's goal target grade in A Level Math but also in building strong confidence level in Math, helping to build a good study practice habit whereas we are quite confident that he can collaborates well with our daughter during each lesson. Highly recommended tutor! and we are very glad we found a good tutor that suits with our daughter learning capability needs. He also guides on how to manage well a summarize note within 2 yrs time, giving out homework and doing correction on each mistakes our daughter made, He worked on every details of aspects and points on each topic. He has a structured timetable to ensure each topic are well delivered and easily understand by our daughter. we havent known the result grade yet but from the very first beginning, the trust is already there. the trust on teaching and the trust being teached. we strongly believed, every student should have the chance for an improvement. for this moment, we are not regret at all choosing him for a Math A Level tutor & we think, we found the good one! thank you Sir for the support. :)”

“Should have better ways of filtering , also tutors should make sure that they clearly state what they are offering ( some if them say for example English for adults, but do not state that they tutor only Russian speakers). Also the website is expensive.”
