Dear Vince, Thank you for your feedback. I do see that you attempted to pay a couple of times and eventually managed to make payment. I will make sure the incident is investigated with SagePay (the payment platform that handles payments) but the most common reason is a temporary server error. “Very impressed with Matthew's patience with our 5 year old. He has a way of making learning fun and age appropriate. Since our son is so young I had concerns on if he would be able to stay engaged for a whole hour of tutoring but Matthew has done a great job of keeping him on task.”

“Good easy to use website. Safe. Money taken only when tutor accepts you and wants their details given. So you have a chance to discuss times days etc first via the website.”

“I paid after agreeing day and time . He then changed this after I paid £14.99 connection fee. Time didnt suit him -it didn’t suit me but I agreed to Compromise but he wasn’t very flexible re changing to original agreement Don’t book, don’t waste your time ... he took money for doing nothing on first lesson refused to discuss the “organic “ style and said there wasn’t a plan per say, he had no interest in checking out what my daughter or myself were expecting instead he told me there would be no parallel plan for Nat 5 work he would do the work he wanted to do -arrogant and dismissive . He cancelled lessons as I merely asked to be included and to consider work which would help my daughter at school currently ...I am after all paying for a service !!”
