“Website: Having tried a number of Tutor agencies, First was the only one which offered a clear and simple view of which subjects were on offer, where and how much. Contact: Most of the Tutors I contacted responded immediately and all answered within 2 days. The contact system is a bit clunky as First will not allow direct contact between Client and Tutor until their fee is paid, which is entirely understandable. Fees: Not immediately apparent, but you only have to pay First a small fee to then be connected with your chosen Tutor; once put in touch all dealings are then direct with the Tutor.”
