“I have been really impressed with First Tutors. I was able to find a list of tutors in my area & read the reviews & communicate with my chosen tutor before committing with a one off introduction fee to First Tutors. They then released my tutors contact details & we were able to arrange our weekly sessions ourselves. I’d highly recommend!”

Dear Jane, We are sorry to see your feedback. In instances where a tutor is not a good match, we are able to provide a replacement tutor at no further charge. I can see that you engaged with two tutors and made the decision to change tutors without giving the tutors the opportunity to have a first session. “Detailed descriptions and comprehensive information on the tutors. The ability to discuss things with the tutor before releasing details is really helpful, especially if you have special requirements not covered by a "days available" tick box. Fees are a reasonable amount, given the cost of tutoring.”
