“I tried 5 tutors, 2 replied and I chose one who seems very good. We had our first session and it went very well, he turned up on time etc.”

“Strange business model for a website where you charge potential clients for an introduction that is provided free elsewhere. Would be much more attractive proposition if the site were funded in some other manner. I will not be able to recommend the site to friends even though it worked for me.”

“The site was fairly easy to use and the contact information for the tutor came very quickly. We were able to set up a tutor in less than a day. The only downfall was that only one of the three tutors actually contacted us.”

Dear Harriet, Thank you for your feedback. It is completely optional for a tutor to upload their profile picture, and many do so that tutees can see exactly who will be providing tuition. Should you wish to see feedback past tutees have left for a tutor these can be found on the tutors profile. However, tutors do have the right to hide feedback which will show up as negative on their profile. In light of this most tutors don't hide their feedback.
