“Asked them to unsubscribe me from marketing emails and they cancelled my account. Seems a strange way to retain customers. I was looking for additional tutors too.”

“The admin fee had to be paid before I could have even a telephone conversation with the tutor. This was not made clear on the website, nor if this admin fee is charged every time you want to speak to a tutor. So it kind of forces you to commit to the first tutor you speak to. The tutor subsequently reduced the first lesson fee, citing the admin fee. Again, something I wasnt made aware of. So i felt like i was going into the arrangement blind.”
