“Our tutor was Niamh Russell for Music..it was a very positive experience with a brilliant teacher..my daughter learned so much from Niamh, a patient kind intelligent lady .I would recommend her to anybody.”

“So far so good. There was a substantial list of tutors to choose, and the information provided allowed me to select ones whose approach and methods seemed to suit me. In addition there were quite a few native speakers of the language available, which was of particular importance to me.”

“My daughter , had Nikki Manley for year and half in year 10 and 11 she done brilliant job , she boosted my daughter grates so high , build confidence , but unfortunately this lock down is changed everything , all GCSEs been cancelled 😢☹️,but my daughter improved a lot and is all Nikki’s rewards , my daughter always looked forward to see Nikki she made all the lessons fun to Learn science , I would recommend Nikki to everyone, she is best 5* , she love her job and she is going with passion . “Really good. Marilu was pleasant, and technically good too - and managed to make me feel not stupid when the intensity of a skype lesson made me tongue-tied. It was my first online lesson (i used to have physical lessons)”

“Not every tutor listed with the highest ratings lives up to the expectations which makes one suspicous of the value of the reviews. The system should allow for a free taster session for all tutors before committing longer term and having to pay for the release of the contact details.”

“I found a Maths and English tutor for my grandson through First Tutors. The tutor is excellent and the tutoring she provides has only been made possible by the use of the First Tutor website. I found the site easy to use and the contacts with the tutor were well facilitated. I am thinking of using the service again for my own needs. It is so reassuring to know that there are references for the tutor selected. We could not be more happy with ours.”

“Not a hard process to set yourself up and turns out to be legit!!!! A small cost to First Tutors for the contact details for the Tutor, but worth the small fee as would never have found our tutor without them. Easy and efficient process. Would recommend.”

“Dzuliana is a fantastic tutor. My son needs to catch up a year of Russian so that he can join a Russian GCSE class in September so has started lessons with Dzuliana. She has quickly established a good relationship with him, makes the lessons fun and interesting and sets just the right amount of homework. Highly recommended!”
