“Unlike some websites I found first tutors highly credible. The tutors were of high standard and I found my requirements were met easily. I found that the we site works efficiently and you are not misdirected to pick other tutors and your details are protected.”

“Your information online was mostly clear and detailed. It was accessible and I did get a singing teacher rapidly and without too much fuss, which is what I wanted. I was slightly confused at first about contacts and where I was in the process, but I can see the need for security and protection, about withholding emails etc. Payment to First Tutors was easy. I realised I had the think a bit more about what I was looking for and what I wanted from a teacher, but that was beneficial although it prolonged the process.”

“Jacob was able to help my son with a few sessions up to his A level exam as he was struggling with statistic and mechanics math. Jacob explained and understood my sons needs. He was punctual, polite and professional. A pleasure to work with. I can highly recommend him. Yvonne”

Dear Saad, Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that your tutor is not suitable for your requirements and is not available for tuition as you had hoped. We do recommend that prior to purchasing a tutor's contact details you use the free messaging forum to discuss all your requirements in detail, including suitable dates and times for tuition, to be as certain as possible that your chosen tutor will be a good match for you. As we had not heard from you to indicate that there was a problem with your tutor, we have not yet been able to help you. I have just sent you an email now to explain how you can chose a replacement tutor at no further cost. I do hope that this will enable us to resolve the matter positively for you.
