“First tutors helped me find a Math tutor for my grade 12 daughter. The tutor is 4th year in University and he is very helpful in making my daughter understand Math which she has had difficulty this year. Great experience so far!”

“Negative comments should also be published to help students choose their tutor. It's unfair that you allow tutors to choose to hide the negative feedback because students need to know what the problem was especially when you charge a fee to release the details and don't refund it back despite having problems with the tutor. The next student will have the same problem even though you can see the negative rating it doesn't explain the issue.”

Dear Lubna, Thank you for your feedback. We allow tutors to hide the comments for libel law reasons but the negative rating remains for the public to see. New users can view if tutor profiles have a negative rating. If you have a problem with your tutor we ask always offer another tutor free of charge so you don't lose your money. “Found First Tutors easily when searching on google. Is very easy to use. I contacted two tutors. Both answered my request, I paid the fee and received contact details immediately. This is a safe way to find the right Tutor as photos really helped, also reviews to read. First Tutors offer support if needed but I did not need any. I am very pleased with this service. I would definately use it again and will be recommending it to others.”

“All went well from start to finish , the website could have been a little clearer as once you start chatting to the Tutor it is not clear what part of the message is getting through, once worked that out it was fine, would use again and would recommend them. Brian kent”
