“Ken was so encouraging and reassuring. He has a very gentle approach and was very thorough in finding what my difficulties were. He is preparing lessons to address these for me. I really feel that I am going to have success with Ken’s help.”

We didn't receive any emails from your to indicate that there was a problem with your tutor. I will contact you personally now to explain the procedure of obtaining another tutor at no further cost. “There was a very high standard of tutors available on First Tutors with excellent references. The process was very straight forward and I received a prompt response from those who I inquired with. My son is delighted with the Tutor we were able to choose on First Tutors. Highly recommended.”

“Most tutors are uni students - so be warned they may not understand particular course specifications which can be annoying if you are trying to consolidate knowledge/receive full marks, rather than just get the right answer.”

“Hmn just been reading some other negative reviews and it seems that, as an organisation, and despite taking a fee, you take no responsibility for the reliability of the tutor, seeing youselves as merely an intermediary. Unfortunately for you I am married to a lawyer. Expecting my refund.”

“I’m really not at all impressed. They charged me £19.99 for basically logging onto their website. I mean I’m sure this was displayed somewhere in the small print but clearly deliberately hidden from the average viewer. Really do not know what they did for their cash as the tutor I agreed to never even turned up. Will be asking for my money-making back. DO not use”
