Dear Samina, Thank you for your feedback. I have looked at your records and see that you have gone ahead with several tutors for different subjects. We did ask you to leave feedback for one of the tutors so that you could find another suitable tutor free of charge but see that you haven't yet done this. I also see that an active open request from another tutor is waiting for your response to finalise details about English tuition. Please contact customer support if you need further help. “Aiysha is an excellent tutor. She really helped my daughter understand something she had been struggling with for a long time by breaking it down. “We have only had one lesson so far but this seems like a great service. It was easy to use and very efficient. The tutor we chose seems great so far & my child found the lesson very helpful. We have arranged more classes so will see how it goes. Based on my limited experience of this site I would certainly recommend it.”
