“The communication on first tutors platform before / while/ after finding a tutor is very good . The tutors themselves are of good quality. Ability to read their profiles in a standard format is helpful. A helpful , useful and honest website.”

“My 13 yr old son currently has no other online tutor but after reading Joshua’s profile I felt he could deliver a good lesson and inspire online and he found a way to do that. The material was a very good standard of English and just right for his level and to sustain interest and attention. For my son to have said Joshua was very good - when he had previously lost interest in studying English ( due to Pandemic / falling behind ) as a subject - - speaks volumes.”

“When registering on website for First Tutors, I found it user friendly with current bio information on tutor listings. I live in USA and was looking for extra tutoring for my granddaughter during the Summer break. I would highly recommend First Tutors to family, friends and works colleagues. I used the Cambridgeshire Tutoring Services many years ago for my son for about 2 years and was certainly best investment a parent could make. Many thanks! Marie Kaufman”

“I am very impressed by Simon. He explains everything so well and also in a way which makes sense. Due to unfortunate circumstances I was falling behind and the topic I had to research was very science based. It was all muddled up in my head - and now everything is coming together. I highly recommend Simon, he is fantastic.”

“Alex is wonderful. He is patient, kind and fun too. When I asked my son to share his thoughts he simply said, “best maths teacher ever!” Personally I believe that if the teacher and the student have a good relationship, the student will be much more willing to listen and co-operate and the learning journey will have a much higher chance of being successful. We are really happy we found Alex , he’s great!😊”
