Do other partially sighted First Direct customers have difficulty reading the on line statement? I have tried on numerous occasions to get the whole statement shown in BOLD BLACK print and not use pale grey against a light background. One reply stated that ‘this presentation is to enhance your enjoyment of our corporate business!!?

When is FD going to introduce account spend notification to your phone app? I have banked with you guys for 50 years incl the former midland and HSBC and are now considering switching to an alternative bank i.e. Lloyds to get this feature from my banking service
