“I am extremely pleased with the windows. Very good quality and they look lovely. The installation men worked very hard and did a very good job. 10 out of 10 all round.”

“Fitters very polite work hard A+for cleaning up.David fitted safely bars very polite explained how to use the window locks. Rang customer service twice person out of office, next time in a meeting left messages he said pass on the message didn't get back.”

“Very happy with the process from start to finish. Everyone we met was very friendly and listened to any queries or concerns. The installers were amazing - very good workers and communicated any issues giving solutions and keeping us informed of time frames. Very happy with the finish of the completed work.”

“1st for home improvements, were very professional , quick, and cleaned up as they go along. They we polite very informative especially the after care ie, making sure how to clean and maintain windows and doors. Overall a very pleasant experience and would recommened to anyone wanting to purchase new windows/doors, roofline. Cheers Kim and Alan, Gosport!”

“We’ve recently had a new conservatory roof fitted by First Home Improvements. This was our second job with First Home and it was carried out just as well as the first one – which was new windows. Gregg Simmons, the salesman, came and explained the details for the new roof and gave us a quote which we accepted. Gregg was friendly and chatty and answered all our questions. A few days later, the surveyor, Craig Marjoram, came and carried out his measurements meticulously, and answered all our questions. Craig was also friendly and chatty. On installation day Lee Parkes and Nick (didn’t get his surname) arrived bright and early, on schedule and started work immediately. They worked hard for the two days they were with us and were great guys. We particularly liked their friendly banter! Lee showed us that one of the roof panels was damaged and explained that he would note it on his paperwork and when the new panel was made, the office would contact us with a fitting date. This did happen and two weeks later Lee returned with the new panel, took out the old one and fitted the new one. It took just over an hour. Again, Lee was great, chatting to us and doing a splendid job. We’re so impressed with First Home - the product, the workmanship and the friendly people, that we’ve ordered our next job, a new back door. We happily give 5 stars and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend First Home Improvements.”

“Amazing sevice from star to finish the team who did the windows and back door were very curtious pleasant and did a great job .The windows and door look great there was some plaster that had to be replaced and some outside render this was done a few days later.The team who did the plastering were also very profesional and did an amazing job. I have waited many years to change my windows and door I am very happy that I choose First home Improvements and would rate it a 5 stars”

“Installers/fitter team (Husband & Wife) considerate to home property, stairs Hall way & rooms placing dust sheets for footwear accsess. worked well as a team quetly & respectful to each other. kept informed of progress and future visit times during installation over the days required to complete the New Windows installation.”

“No problems installing 2 windows took 4 hours 30 mins the two gentlemen were friendly and hard working and cleaned up everything at the end. The company were easy to talk too and rang us after a couple of days and asked us was everything ok and we're we happy with the job they had done , which we were. we have had no condensation since they put the windows in and the rooms feel a lot warmer now.”
