I would not touch any property ever that they were connected too. “I don't think I ever despised a company as much as I do FirstPort. They charge us 1000s, do nothing (our communal door has been broken for almost a year- I call to chase them monthly) and fail to show receipts. How is this even legal, I just don't understand”
“First port are a terrible management company that completely rip people off, leaving residents powerless! They have made minimal effort on our development, argue about areas they don't want to look after which are under their responsibility. Provided a lacking play area for our children which has been out of use multiple times due to it's poor and dangerous design.
They employee gardeners to look after the very front of the development hiding the fact that everything else is completely neglected, meanwhile, continue to ramp up the prices for all our residents.”

The worst every estate managements. The one at Hendon Waterside are the worst. The regional manager Catherine Laslett needs to be sacked! The new facilities manager Daniel Leonardi is a pompous and arrogant individual who thinks the sun shines from his back side. Useless people who do nothing for the development. Costs are increasing and this stupid company are just sitting on on money!! They forget where their salary comes from!! Join the fb group to fight against them!!”

“We make complaints to Firstport but are either ignored or Bullied. Our D/M continues to talk about her own personal problems. We the vulnerable, elderly aged 80 plus are not here to support a D/M. who continually cries when not able to cope.
The first hour or longer every day the D/M spends drinking coffee in the residents lounge gossiping with the cleaner. Many residents take to cleaning their own corridors, lift, front door entrance etc, we feel ashamed of the filth. Numerous notices displayed on a daily basis. Are we small children. Do we need 3 notices on one fire door telling us that, it is a fire door? One is suffice. INDEPENDENT LIVING it is not. Your independence is taken away. It is "Elder Abuse" and we are contacting the social services "Safe Guarding Officer" for mental cruelty imposed.”
