“Originally ordered and paid for products in April. After 6 weeks I enquired where my product were and was told they would be sent out straight away after a mix up with changing warehouse!
Then for the next 3 months many emails with no reply, until a negative review a gave I received a phone with all the apologies and a promise that they would be sent out ASAP.
Six weeks later I still haven’t received the products!”

“I had an issue with my machine but it was really quickly resolved! Excellent machine to have in your home gym. Whether it’s using the bands or barbell for hiptrust. Saves you the time of thinking if your position is correct! I absolutely love my machine. Sturdy even with heavy Bulgarian lunges.

“I purchased two timers from fit boutique, they both broke, I was told by customer service that they would replace, they never did, I called and asked for a refund, they said they did not stock the timers anymore so if I wanted to pick something else they would send to me. I said ok, I’ll pick an icebath instead, and then they never sent it.”

After none response I left a review of which I recieved a phonecall from the owner stating it had been delivered, which I had not recieved the item. They prompty sent me another item immediately.
