“I’ve placed my order long time ago and it was never delivered I’ve tried to contact Fitcookie directly but nobody got back to me yet. I wanted my order before Christmas but because you’re sending me this review form nobody even replied that this order is missing ! And I can’t even contact your company directly only through offline chat Never been so disappointed and it’s not a first time I’ve ordered. “I have been to a few of the stores recently and I have to say only 1 person new what they where selling, disappointed in the knowledge the staff have , and trying to sell me products that I clearly don’t need or want, if I’m honest first impressions are very important, I would of been happy to spend a couple of hundred if I was given the right products.”
