Still haven’t received my parcel it’s over a week now

Made an order on the 5th of April paid next day delivery - its the 15th of April and order still has not arrived. No a word about a refund and fitcookie would rather post social media content on insta than reply to your messages😂 was a regular customer not anymore. All they care about is posting stories on instagram rather than dealing with customers. They dont really care better pray that you dont have a problem with the parcel as they wont even help you.

I placed the order last Friday and it's still hasn't been delivered. I rang the office and sent many emails to find out where my order is, I didn't get any help from you.

Unfortunately I haven’t received my order of over a week ago, and haven’t had a reply to my email asking where it is. Not very happy. I’m a regular customer, and am very disappointed at the lack of customer support.

The products were ok. Jar of coco crunch arrived smashed/ crushed, also had item missing. Emailed customer service twice and no response at all. Paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived 3 days later.

Order not arrived after week time even if store declarations 2-3 day delivery this it’s happen couple time and customer service ignore me request very poor service

Firstly they didn't have the flavour i ordered. My questions is why was it showing as available on the website. Secondly the product size was half the size I bought from their reading store but for the same price. When I enquired i was told that the bigger pack on promotion when i got from store. Overall very disappointed

Absolutely useless unhelpful people. delivered to my old address and wouldn’t help or resend it. Told me to dive to my old address and Collect. Will never use again
