“I had ordered once before and since there was an error, my order was put on hold. Due to the rush that I need, I had to pay $100 in shipping! Someone should definitely have contacted me about the error I made. That would have been good customer service. I just hope my sign turns out ok”

“Claims to be cheap flags then when you get to checkout they are magically 5x the price they claim to be, im okay with paying for flags, just don't lie about the product, making it seem like some magical good deal when you know for a fact you are out here upcharing left and right.”

“We have been a customer in the past and appreciate the quality of your products. However, your editing platform is extremely difficult to use, creating significant frustration. It is imperative that your development team updates the create/edit functionality to improve user experience. The current system is not efficient, and this issue cannot be overstated. Your produce (Feather Flags) are superb! I give your product 5 stars, all day long!!! However the design interface is misery.”
