Hi Thankx i recieve the VALT cape am happy with it and i was gonna have more orders like the VALT hand bag But i paid the amount included with the tax and am living in kuwait and i have sent email to costumer services many time to get the tax refund but no answer till today On the other hand before i order i sent an email to customer services which was answered by iliana she confirmed the tax refund but when i precessed the payment i paid the full amount with no deduction for tax as well as i was charghed in kuwait around 25 kd again so please investigate and let me know asap Thankx Balqees ismail Kuwait

Find the site great BUT the shipping and return costs are absolutely ASTRONOMICAL and I have just made a purchase which not only cost me over £20 for shipping and returns but the company have NOT used my £50 voucher towards the purchase either so am simply furious Appalling customer service

Collected a number of online purchases in store and asked if they could be returned for he same way and was told they could. Came back a couple of days later and told they could be returned in the xchsnge fir a credit note only. Wasn’t over the moon.

I have a love/hate relationship with Flannels. Their clothes and shops are beautiful, they often have great offers and speedy delivery. BUT...their customer service is appalling. You cannot ring a shop directly, you must go through their customer service number, which will cost you a fortune (£40, I didn’t make that mistake twice), if you choose the free alternative of emailing them it could be at least 72 hours before they reply - if at all. The customer service staff I have spoken to sound like they can’t be bothered. I once spoke to someone in customer services who gave me a promo code for free delivery after a complaint - it didn’t work. I didn’t bother ringing the premium rate number to sort it, it was cheaper to just pay the p&p. Which is another thing, no free returns - most stores selling luxury items will give you free return postage policy, but no, not Flannels. My last delivery was dumped in a container by the courier and said it had been signed for - it hadn’t. The item was worth over £500. They are owned by Sports Direct who are also appalling in their own way, but you don’t expect this from somewhere selling high value items. There should be better forms of communication, store numbers accessible if you want to locate stock, emails replied to in a timely manner. Then Flannels can be worthy of the clothes they sell.

I think it’s terrible that you pay £5.99 delivery and then when I to return items it was £8.60 so it was an expensive package

Very expensive to deliver to store. Almost £7 I think that is ridiculous. Every other shop is free or a £1. Also if you need to return you have to pay postage again. You have to buy online aswell because if you purchase in store you can't return for a refund. I think I will stick to tessuti next time.

Good mix of content both higher end and more accessible casual wear, however online customer service is shockingly bad, this is echoed from most people I know who have had any problem with purchase from flannels. Inline with other stores I think when picking up online purchases from store this delivery should be free. Has the capacity to be a great store but needs to perfect this as to be honest if I can get the same item that anywhere else I do as they offer the click and collect free delivery and most importantly if something has gone wrong with the order they are helpful rather than rude and accusing.

Ordered 2 items on the same day Saturday and one 3 days before ,i forgot to put my discount code in for the last item so sent an email to customer service the following morning to please credit my account with the discount to use off my next purchase or cancel the order .3 days later still no reply and the item has been delivered i also rang customer services at 9 am monday and was told by the lady on the phone that i was to late as the item had been processed even though my account status said it hadn't been.i also asked for a discount code to use for the same item as the previous one had expired at midnight the previous day and was told it was not possible and seemed completely disinterested.

Paying for In store collection is annoying and then on top of that having to pay for returns when flannels sent an inadequate product out in the first instance. Eventually had the postage refunded after numerous emails and having to show evidence of the dirt marks on the product and postage, which they initially denied seeing the marks.

The bag cost £1500 and it didn’t come in a box. It came in a dust bag, which was then put in a huge plastic bag. I’m very lucky the handbag wasn’t damaged. Every designer handbag I have ever bought comes in a box. The bag itself is nice, no protective plastic on the hardware though which makes me think someone had it before me. Won’t be buying another bag from flannels

Excellent delivery from DPD. As I bought two £200 scarves for gifts, I was hoping that the packaging would have been better than just being wrapped in a very cheap clear plastic bag, with the other scarf placed on top.

Paid for next day delivery twice now and it arrived two days later. This has been mid week so weekend days would not be took into account. I paid extra money for a service I never got and it is almost impossible to get intouch with customer care

Can’t fault flannels in regards to purchase and quality but the delivery service is atrocious. I contacted flannels and got a refund when my parcel wasn’t delivered as expected but then I had to wait an extra day without explanation after I’d complained.

Just returned a Dolce & Gabbana t shirtas it just didn't hang right and I've paid to get it delivered and I have to pay to return it!!!

The packaging of the clothing could be better for what I paid. I purchased a scarve which didn’t have a packaging but just put in the bag.

I had to take one item in to store to have the tags taken off which is far from convinent and the other item is nothing like the size guide provided. Not happy at all to say it’s meant to be convienent
