Arrived in 2 separate parcels within a week, sadly all but one item was too small, returned 6 days ago and have had no confirmation as yet

The jumper came with no badge on it.. No customer service via phone emails poorly responded to so rang the Manchester branch which a kind gentleman offered to replace the badge which I had to do a 36 mile round trip to get. This is very poor service for a prestigious company that has happened twice to us as a family in the last 6 months.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers. Both didn’t fit. Asked for a replacement for 1 pair for a size bigger. Asked for a refund on the other pair. Had to pay for return delivery of £15 myself. And no confirmation of this happening. No confirmation of receipt of trainers. I think spending over £200 of trainers and having to pay for the return of anything is wrong or don’t fit is disgusting from a company of this size and calibre. Regards. Ross

Flannels make it very difficult to talk to a real person about problems with an order or items missing. Also they made a mistake with an exchange giving me the wrong size.

The HUGO BOSS shirt I purchased was sent in what only can be described as a resealable sandwich bag. I have bought many items from flannels over the years and they have always sent items in original packaging and a Flannels bag. Not what I expect from a high end retailer.

Bag I ordered was soft pink and looked really nice in pictures when it came it looks brown, all Outer packaging ripped

I don’t think customers should have to pay for delivery, especially when having items delivered to your nearest Flannels store.

Shipping is so slow. Like really really slow. It took over a week to get my item. There is no reason you can’t switch to a faster delivery service and deliver in 1-2 days.

I think after the mess with this order you will be expecting this review. The customer care reflects that Flannels are used to large money spent when orders are placed

Good product delivery is shocking checking on status it was sat packed and waiting to be collected by courier for 3 days when I asked when it’d would be delivered I got told in the next couple of days as couriers collect Daily so no reason to be sat for 3 days really was actually a birthday present that was late

it's horrible! In the last order number APPFLAN40000057866358. size mismatch instead of my BOSS CASUAL Elemy Lemon Dress Size: 36 (XS) was 40 (M) !!!!

I have now been waiting 12 days for my order. I contacted flannels 3 days ago and received an email saying there was a problem with picking my order in the warehouse. I think I should have been contacted about this. I am still waiting for a confirmation email to collect my order.
