I could cry ….. Why did I do this to myself ? I ordered an expensive hoodie but to my horror nothing was in the box , Flannels insist cctv says it was packed . Something dodgy is going on in this company , of course the workers know where the cameras are and aren’t! Please refund me my money! I wish I had just paid a bit more and bought directly from Balenciaga :(

You pay £10 for delivery, £15 for a cheapest option of returns... So £25 only for shipping... You can buy a lot for that money... Not planning to use them again, and just praying to get my refund, after reading all the horror stories on this webpage....

NO cash refund policy!!! never purchase any thing from this company because they give you only credit note or voucher that s all very bad customer service. I never purchase any thing from them.

Please do not buy anything in store unless your prepared to accept a credit note or exchange, my 16yr old son bought a very expensive top got it home tried it on too big and returned a couple of days later to be told no refund.

Unfortunately the shoes are now out of stock so I have received a refund however due to them being faulty I feel like I should have been refunded my shipping as well as compensation for the inconvenience of sending them back.

Flannels just used any old excuse to deny me a refund.

99 postage (£14 in total now) or turn the postman away at the door and possibly end up with no goods or refund.

I’m absolutely shocked that Flannels try and palm customers off with gift vouchers instead of refunding the original payment method when returning an item, you have to pay your own postage and returns (even when ordering nearly £1000 of items) which is bad enough but it’s something else when instead of refunding your returns or unfulfilled services, they try and fob you off with vouchers off future purchases.
