“ I could cry ….. Why did I do this to myself ? I ordered an expensive hoodie but to my horror nothing was in the box , Flannels insist cctv says it was packed . Something dodgy is going on in this company , of course the workers know where the cameras are and aren’t! Please refund me my money! I wish I had just paid a bit more and bought directly from Balenciaga :( ”
