You pay £10 for delivery, £15 for a cheapest option of returns... So £25 only for shipping... You can buy a lot for that money... Not planning to use them again, and just praying to get my refund, after reading all the horror stories on this webpage....

Had my returns rejected as the items had apparently been through the washing machine but they were brand new with tags and had not even tried some of them on as didn’t like the colours. The customer services team is also very unhelpful

This is a firm where honesty is in short supply, their customer service is abysmal to say the least. Their ability to advise the customer of problems with the return of good is noe existent, You are told the Returns Dept does not have access to to customer contact Nos nor Email, but I would have thought they could advise the sales dept who would be able to contact the customer!!!! Never dealing with these shysters again, lesson learned

As returns are at your own expense and the shoes were worth £400 I paid for the best postage to make sure I was insured, which ended up costing about £12.

1 hour!! I returned this to Flannels (at my own cost) and they just posted it back to me, unfolded, with the returns note scribbled on, stating I was incorrect and its wear and tear.

I’m absolutely shocked that Flannels try and palm customers off with gift vouchers instead of refunding the original payment method when returning an item, you have to pay your own postage and returns (even when ordering nearly £1000 of items) which is bad enough but it’s something else when instead of refunding your returns or unfulfilled services, they try and fob you off with vouchers off future purchases.

Returns are shocking they will send out faulty items but will not accept them back! Asked for exchange sent back the faulty jacket with a pull right across the front lettering, they sent me back the same jacket with a note saying they no exchange but offered me a 10% discount on my next order left with a coat that my son want wear!

Only giving a one star because I have to - website clearly states here: https://www.Flannels.com/coronavirus-information
that you can return 28 days after store re-openings but they are refusing to allow my partner to exchange brand new trainers. they also claim to have an extended returns policy - all other stores are 31st january. Should have known better buying from a Mike Ashley owned company

Will not offer a returns service in lockdown!
I didn't feel I needed to check a company like this return policy! Will use Harrods/Harvey Nichols or selfridges in future.

I can see why Chester branch only has 1.6 rating out of 5 on Facebook ! Shocking and rude members of staff ! They all need a lesson in customer service skills on how to treat customers with respect! Advise people to stay away from the Chester branch! Returns policy is a shambles and staff are very discriminating!
