“ Visited the Cardiff store last week, was instantly greeted and welcomed to ask if I wanted any other sizes and they would check out the back, Had a bit of a laugh with 2 of the lads working as it was a super hot day and I was dripping from my forehead, a quick joke was made by me saying I’m surprised you haven’t thrown me out thinking I’ve got covid-19, we all had a laugh and they offered to hang the 2 tops I had now taken off on hangers behind the counter, They could probably see I didn’t want to just leave them lying around as they were several hundred quids worth, And plenty of other people in the store, I selected the few items I wanted to buy and asked for them to be put to one side while I went to find the mrs in ladies section, she was also receiving great service, just to point out, ok I walked in wearing Some high end clothes, some might say that’s why I got treated as I did, my mrs was having a lazy day and probably wasn’t wearing more than 60-70£ worth from head to toe, When I found her upstairs the female staff member was showing her 500£ Gucci trainers and they were chatting away talking about This and that, never a hint of bad service, We paid for her shoes and went back downstairs to finish my purchase, When we got to the counter the (assuming) general manager, store owner Started having a laugh and a chat with me saying he wondered where the tops behind the counter came from and said he wanted to hang them up for sale as he hadn’t seen the style/design this year And could sell them instantly, we talked briefly I paid and we left, The following day my mrs ordered a pair of Jimmy choo heels from their website as didn’t have her size in Cardiff, they arrived next day, 100% genuine, no doubts, unused 100%, and packaged exactly as shoes, purses we have bought directly from Jimmy choo, After 3-4 days and trying them on twice (on carpet at home) she decided to return them, she received a full refund of purchase price PLUS the cost of shipping within 2 hours of them being signed for, I will update this if anything changes as I’ve got more stuff being shipped as I write this, ”

“ Whilst working in London I went to both branches of Flannels and I was directed by the staff in Brixton to Oxford St as i wanted to purchase Gucci or Givenchy. In Oxford St branch I was served by Bobby. I found his customer service to be very good. He was knowledgeable and showed great customer care. He was very patient and helped with sizing as at this time I was unable to try the garment on. ”

“ Ordered a jumper from Flannels with next day delivery. Didn’t receive an email to say my order had been dispatched and I had queried whether it had been dispatched. They replied back apologising that it was delayed and have issued me with a refund. Could improve on communication VIA email about the order but apart from that no other issues and really impressed with the customer service. ”

“ I am a regular Flannels shopper in Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham & Leeds stores, and in all honesty, all bar Leeds and Manchester wouldn't get a 1 star for customer service, especially Liverpool, however, having visited the Chester store yesterday, I can honestly say, this is the best designer store I have experienced outside of the US. ”
