Paid for next dau delivery on 2 items which I ordered separately and both never came until 3 to 7 days definitely not ordering online from here again

Customer care haven’t a clue what they’re doing - order cake a week late even though I put it on next day delivery, customer care said there was no update yet I receive an email 2 hours after that to say an item was out of stock and that’s why there was a delay, I told customer care to cancel to whole order as they had asked if that’s what I wanted - then I was ignored and the order came a few days later. Absolute joke from a ‘premium’ brand - not sure why i’ll ever shop with you again

Still haven’t got my clothes only got 3 items, still waiting on delivery. But that’s not your fault. Dpd are the worst delivery carrier.

Rated based on cost of delivery and the returns policy. Delivery is over priced, and that you must pay again to return your items is a big put off when ordering from Flannels. This service should be improved.

I like to shop occasionally from flannels and recently purchased a few items online. I ordered 2 t-shirts and some slippers as a bday present for my fiancé to be delivered to the Leicester store. I went to collect my delivery and on return, I realised one of my parcels was missing, I tried to contact my store various times by telephone to see if they could track down where my parcel is (I didn’t want to make a second trip into the store just to be sent back.) Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through to anyone and after many attempts I had to drive back to store, pay for parking a second time only to be told that I had to ring customer services and sort it out myself. Nobody even offered to try and chase it up for me nor did they have a valid excuse for not picking up their store phone during store hours, apparently they were really busy but the store was extremely quiet. I understand you are a big branded store who sell high valued items however the customer service I received was unsatisfactory and I shall be thinking twice before purchasing any items from you again.

I ordered 3 t shirts 1 of which arrived ok but with no invoice and just wrapped in a plastic bag and folded. The other 2 however hadn't even been attempted to be folded and just scrunched up and chucked in a black bag again with no invoice. I don't expect or rrcice this service from a cheaper sites and certianly not from a premium brand website like yourselves

I order 3 items and once payment was taken I was emailed to say that only 1 would be delivered but still with the full charge of delivery although the item I order was in the sale with the delivery charge applied I did not get it any cheapest

I placed an order on a Thursday before 2pm with next day delivery and it finally turned up on Monday. I then got offered a 9.99 evoucher. So basically I got offered free delivery on my next purchase. Because 9.99 in flannels wouldn’t even get me a pair of socks. Once I opened the parcel the security tag was still on the item. Leaving it unwearable. I was then told to return it to any flannels store so that it can be remove. Not ideal either when the nearest store to me is a good two hour round trip. So yeah.. the two start review is pretty kind.

I found the website and click & collect feature very quick and easy to use. However, upon collecting my item I found the staff stuck up and unapproacable, especially after asking where I could find the tills to collect my item. This detered me from looking around the shop for other items I may want.

Placed an order for Eid only to have the trainers cancelled later because they weren’t in stock. Then I receive order and the sweatshirt doesn’t arrive because it wasn’t dispatched. So no trainers and no top for eid. Had to go to the shop last minute to pick something up.

Disappointed to receive my Zimmermann dress in a plastic packaging bag, without a suit cover, hanger or even in a standard box! I don’t normally complain but you asked for a survey!
