Expensive delivery, item came with a mark

A pleasant shop that offers great items however expect "used"/"damaged"quality. I bought this online however got shocked when I received it as it has severe marks on the front and just looks second hand. There were no similar bags in their shop (Plymouth) so after several discussions with store staff and their manager they offered me a 10% of the purchase price in store credit note. I feel disappointed that I was charged for a brand new Versace bag only to receive a "used/damaged" item.

Box of my off white trainers arrived damaged even through the black flannels ‘protective bag’ for a £400 pair of trainers you’d think extra care would be taken... perhaps double box them and tighten up quality control.

I bought some Gucci trainers and paid next day delivery as they were a birthday present for my husband and we were going away. The trainers were NOT delivered the next day, I never got my delivery charge refunded and they left them in the recycling bin hanging out and it was raining!

Delivery didn’t arrive on day allocated took day off work waiting, I had to chase up why and was told driver on wrong street with no contact ,which made no sense. Parcel arrived the following day box inside damaged. This is such a shame as my son loves your products.

Order for collection at local flannels store in order to qualify for a £10 voucher. Order status constantly stated awaiting courier pick up. I had to chase this up after 7 days to find out it had been delivered to a curry’s store and again to find out which one. To make matters worse no £10 voucher. If I’d have known I would have asked to be delivered to m6 home address for no additional cost and no wasting time travelling 28 miles and wasting fuel. Not good

Delivery was quick. But the shoes didn’t fit and it was only once I was in store I was told that I had to pay to return the shoes. Any other store I could return in store. Made no sense. The staff weren’t very helpful either.

Paid for first class delivery costing me just under £10 and wasn’t delivered on time and then had a message saying my contact details hadn’t been out it correctly which was complete rubbish. Tracked driver throughout the day and suddenly my number went.

Clothes were very small made despite it saying the would fit to size on the website. It then cost me 20 pounds to send the clothes back

One of the shirts I bought had a tag on which I had to rip to get it off and a jumper that I ordered was slightly damaged with the threading.

I ordered 3 Fendi Items from you. Delivery was perfect. Goods came the next day as expected. The disappointment started once I opened my package only to realise that the BumBag (the most expensive of the items) came without a box. The two smaller items (a card holder and a key ring) did however. I contacted customer service to see if anything could be done or if a box could be sent to me, only to be told the item is item of stock (despite still showing available to purchase on the website) and that there wasn’t anything else that could be done. I’m very disappointed with this and probably won’t shop with them again.

Paid for next day delivery and didnt recieve it next day. Customer servuce accused me of changing my delivery address. Item was ordered for my sons birthday, i had to go out last minute to purchase his Bday gift. I've asked for a full refund and have returned the item.

Ordered a pair of Jimmy Choo Bobbie 100 Black Patent for my wife’s birthday, however the box was damaged, dented and ripped. Not what you would expect for a pair of shoes costing £750.00.
