I have been using Fleso for several years and think it is a great service. On Monday, Nov 13, I exchanged Matic for XRP and forgot to add the memo for the exchange. This put everything in limbo. I contacted support, thinking I’d lost my funds. They responded very quickly and walked me through what information they needed to recover and complete the exchange.
