“The whole place is well organised and they offer varied storage sizes. Only drawback I see is lack of forklift driver most of the time and a loading ramp for easy loading of containers. Right across the road from the Enterprise car van hire which should make for easier moving and storage.”

Thank you for the kind words - we have taken on board your points and will review. We do have FLT drivers on site daily, so assume maybe you didn't pre-notify? We haven't had a need for dock loading, but will assess demand

“We're delighted with the service we receive from Flexispace. The staff are always on hand in case we need them and they give us a warm welcome every time we come in. The spaces they have for rent are perfect; well lit, dry and secure and the facilities are excellent. Access is also ideal, we have a secure fob to enter but then we can drive our van right up to the lift loading area to unload; making it easy to take furniture and items up to our lock ups.”

Ahmed, thank you for your feedback which we will take on board. We have two box sizes available in our box shop along with bubble wrap, furniture protectors, tape and all manner of packaging materials - sorry this wasn't made available to you. We also have 20 different room sizes, so if you need a larger room, please speak to a storage adviser on 0161 274 4777 - we try to encourage customers not to use space they don't need, so if you need smaller we also have lockers?

“Paid to park here and ended up being blocked in after being assured that nothing would be parked in front of us. Went to speak to the attendant who simply blamed the team who was in charge earlier in the day and said it was nothing to do with him. Will avoid at all costs in the future!”

Sorry to hear you were blocked in at the end of the Coldpaly concert. We have 4 guys on site who try and manage every car into its space, but at peak times some exuberant concert goings are less considerate than others. We have had three concerts so far this month, nearly 700 vehicles parked and know 3 have had some form of obstruction. We have spoken with the guys that manage event parking and working on improvements to get this number back to zero. Sorry to spoil the end of your night, we hear it was an amazing gig!

“I own a small manufacturing business in Bolton and recently had need of extra storage space for a few months during a particularly busy spell. One of our suppliers urged that I contact Flexispace as he'd used them on two previous occasions and had been very impressed. Having followed his advice, I can now say that I wholeheartedly agree! From the very outset of my dealings with them, they were helpful, efficient and courteous, even when it transpired that I'd underestimated the storage space I'd need, which entailed them having to do some last-minute swapping and changing with our arrangements. They may be on the wrong side of Manchester for me, but their location is very easy to access, and the level of service I've received has made the extra few miles more than worth it. I highly recommend them!”

“We enjoy the ease of access to the equipment in our storage. Due to the close proximity and the ability to access out of hours, the store is perfect for us. As an events company, we often need access at all hours and over Bank Holiday so this access is imperative for us. The staff are always keen to accommodate and most recently, our new storage unit is our best one yet as the layout of the store allows us to utilise the space more efficiently. Very minor improvement would be regarding the post on the main gate when exiting. It is in a difficult position too far over so you always need to get out of your vehicle to fob to open the gate and exit. I can provide an image shortly.”

“I rented two rooms from flexi space. I have never used storage before and I had no problems with access and to make life a breeze they have storage trolleys (we had a wardrobe on at one point) to bring to the right up to the van and then wheeled our storage straight into the lift located right next to the door. Once inside it's easy to navigate to your door and unload. Plus easy to pull into off the main road as wide entrance to the main car park. Highly recomended. Tom.”

“I was not happy to receive a very rude and abrupt call asking me to come to the storage unit "at once" as some trolleys have gone missing and our unit may have a trolley in it. I was unaware of this having not been to the unit previously and therefore felt it was a little unfair to be accused of something out of my control. I think the attitude and customer service of the employees needs some attention as it does not promote a positive user experience at all. In fact it has prompted a review of our current contract to look elsewhere, as the service in addition to the rising cost of the unit is becoming less and less attractive.”

“We moved in a couple of months ago and are very happy we did so! We spent a while exploring suitable venues for our first warehouse, and Flexispace hit the spot. “THE RENT IS TOO DAMN HIGH! On a serious note you're not paying for sq footage as such with FlexiSpace, you're paying for security. This site is fitted with advanced security so you can be assured that regardless of what you intend to store with FlexiSpace it will be safe, and fully covered by insurance should anything happen. The site is secured with an electric gate and all doors / roller shutters etc operate on an electric fob system. 24/7 access is available and every inch of the site is covered by cameras. Pleasant staff and a really clean / maintained site. Might seem a bit on the steep side for rent but again, no business rates to be paid and you can be certain your valuables are safe. Would recommend!”
