“I took over a couple of 500 sq ft storage units from September 2018 for storing our stone garden products. Tricia McHale was extremely helpful and accommodating and whole process was seamless. The team are always on hand for advice or help including assistance with unloading. There are ample on site pallet trucks and an electric fork lift for larger deliveries if required. I can recommend them 100% for anyone needing long or short term storage or a place to base a business from.”

“I’m so happy to be able to find this place. Price and customer services are incredible, espically team Tricia and Mike are brilliant, they showed my all the units that I’m interested in and quoted lowest prices they can offer to help me finally take up an unit and moved in. Now I’m already querying a second unit at this place and looking at expanding my storage space within next 30-45 days. “Trisha McHale from the Manchester branch is truly a star and an absolute life saver. Myself and my family decided to emigrate to Jamaica and had the contents of 2 homes as well as new belongings to deal with. It goes without saying stress levels were at an all time high. Trisha helped us with all our storage headaches. Having worked in customer services, imparticular dealing with complaints, admittedly my levels of expectation can be sometimes unrealistic but not in the case of Trisha. She excelled at every headache and problem I presented her with, and trust me there were many! I picked one unit, then needed additional space but had a million requirements about the positioning, dimensions, layout etc. She even come up with a solution in the stairwell for getting 30ft ladders up to the unit. Trisha was approachable, accommodating whilst remaining ultra professional at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble and she approached all of my requests over a year with a big friendly smile. Maybe she had also had a spell in Jamaica cos everything you ask her is "no problem". She is an asset to your company.”
