“I reserved a unit a while ago for when I planned to move house, and moved in today, and had a wonderful experience here. From first contact to actually becoming a customer was so easy to do, and the facility is so clean, and secure. It’s very bright inside and there’s lots of trolleys to help move things around just from the car park outside. Ellie was great at helping me choosing the right size so we don’t over pay for a space we might not use. Nadine was helpful in helping me find my way to my unit as it’s very large inside. Thanks storage world!”

“Amazing support from Dave and the team. We had a large unit for two house moves, but after time we decided to sell some bits. So Dave recommended a slightly smaller unit which was perfect, and super accommodating when we spent the day sorting through all our furniture, nothing was to much trouble, that’s service.”

“The location is great. The space is good. However, some of the staff are a bit rude. They are not really helpful when it comes to information about the space and how it should be used. They don’t give you a lot of information verbally and a lot of the emails such as agreements are quite overloaded to properly intake all of the information. There are a lot of additional costs for minor things.”

“Storage World Wilmslow Amazing staff and facilities....... Our Company uses one of the large Units as an office, and we also have an additional Unit for storage. From the moment of our first visit all the staff have been very helpful and go above and beyond their remit to assist us with our requirements. In particular Ben and Dave are always on hand to offer support and they are a great asset to Storage World as nothing is ever a problem. A recent addition to the Team is another Ben and I have no doubt that he will follow his colleagues in offering a superb service. A huge thank you to all the Team that manage Storage World in Wilmslow. We would recommend highly.”
