“I am not happy to write this but I am upset with the service I received and still receive from those people. First while an item I ordered was in stock it wasn't. They told me they will have it after 2 days they didn't. They blamed the supplier, but I called the supplier. So I canceled that. Then they have this offers, that expire without warning, They do say until Monday, but they mean Monday 00:01. Meaning no Monday, but until end of Sunday. Many occasions to email them failed. They do reply sometimes, but very slow. My last experience today I try to ask if what it say is in stock is really in stock (software). They never replied. I see on their site everything is in stock. But only some say (10 in stock) or (233 in stock). My opinion, stay away, the fact that they do not honor the stock they advertise not to reply to emails for stock is plain rude.”

“Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and happy to go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. I made a purchase from the web site late on a Friday and paid via PayPal, over the weekend the items went into the sale and the web site changed to reflect the new prices. Despite my order beIng processed on the Friday I received a refund into my PayPal account to reflect the new 'Monday Morning' price despite having placed my order prior to the sale starting...Great!”

“Fantastic service. Orders placed are acknowledged immediately and are usually dispatched the same day, often arriving the next day via Royal Mail. Most of my orders therefore arrive at my door less than 24 hours after I have placed them. Their prices are also very competitive. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Flight Store to anyone. Indeed, once you've placed your first order for flying equipment from them, I doubt that you will ever look elsewhere.”

“Ordered a book "UK & Ireland Waypoint Atlas" on line. The website stated that the book was in stock. Once the order was placed I received a note saying book is out of stock - quite a disappointment and no indication of how long I will have to wait. I should add that at the time of writing this - Sunday 21 July at 2-15 pm the book is still being advertised in the website as being in stock.”

“It was quick and I received my book the next day. My only complaint would be that you included a catalogue which I didn't ask for which was twice the size of the book. This would have meant I had to pay more for postage which is already scandalous for Northern Ireland customers even though its part of the uk. I'm not sure if there was an option not to take a catalogue but if not there should be hence saving the customer money on postage.”
