“Superb! - Top Quality Products @ Low Cost with Excellent Service and Fast Delivery! Did have one minor issue when used Paypal - got a message along the lines of "payment not gone through, please try again later" - however I'm ever the skeptic and waited to see if confirmation email was sent and it was so I didn't retry (which was lucky). <-- N.B. : Not sure if this is anything to do with paypal, flightstore or network connection issue. But as I have said everything turned out great!”

“I was forced to reorder a shirt which was in stock and actually in range. The first time I ordered I ordered a specific shirt and was hoping to recieve it today. Instead I recieved an email stating it was not a shirt which flight store actually supplies and had been delisted from stock. WHY WAS THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE! I'm now paying excessive amounts for a shirt that I didn't want but need! Where as I wanted and needed the other. Joke, to be honest.”

“Excellent service and impressive range of products. I went to choose a headset and the staff could not have been more helpful, using a comms simulator to help choose the right one. Pity about the location - parking is almost impossible. If only the shop would relocate to an industrial estate somewhere I would be more inclined to go more often and browse...”

“In preparing a lecture on USAF 379th BG (Kimbolton) 3 Feb'45 mission to Berlin I needed to create a chart from the UK to Berlin. Jeppeson 1cm to 50km fit the bill and were unavailable in the US. Your firm had the goods and promptly shipped them via airmail. I am very appreciative of the quick and excellent service. My young students hopefully will be impressed at the effort for realism. It was a huge effort -1200 B-17's and B-24's and 900 escort fighters. The bomber stream took 45 minutes to pass over the target.”
