“Recently ordered a TrackIR unit, arrived super quick. Unfortunatly it was D.O.A, but I was put through to NaturalPoints tech support and it was verified defective and a replacement request was sent within a few hours of me sending an email. I posted it back and received the replacement today along with a postage refund, a day and half later. Slowest part of the process was me answering my emails and taking it to the post office. Great service, great product, good price, couldnt ask for more. Thank you.”

“Recently ordered a TrackIR 5, came well within 42 hours along with two product , unfortunatly it was D.O.A but I was put in touch with tech support from naturalpoint within a few hours of sending an email, it was verified defective and a request for a replacement was sent, I posted it back the next day and I received a new and functioning unit today within a day and a half of me sending it back, along with a postage refund for me sending it back.”
