“Actually this was a good experience marred by one small but irritating issue. The good bit was that they responded well when the check list I wanted was out of stock and offered to send an alternative instead. All handled very well. The irritating bit was that when it arrived the small items (barely 100g) was accompanied by half a kilo of catalogue that I don't want (I ordered online...) and which probably doubled the postage cost that I had to pay. Obviously not a substantial extra cost, but the waste of paper (it's already in the recycling) and the probable (minor) extra cost is just unnecessary.”

“Made purchase from this company as headset shown to be in stock. Was then told that there was 2 to 3 weeks delay as awaiting stock. Cancelled order, checked website again and item still shown as in stock. Misleading for customers.”

“The log books I bought were not the ones photographed in the picture. I purposely bought the item because it had the layout in the picture the same as my current log book. When delivered it was a totally new model. I have Been offered a refund but it is a show of false advertising. I did query this and the telephone operator told me it was the suppliers fault. The logbook isn't wrapped so easy to see at the warehouse end that the item is no what is pictured.”
