“Extremely disappointed with Shreyash Retail Private Limited and Flipkart.
I purchased an Apple Pencil (USB-C) from Shreyash Retail Private Limited through Flipkart and received a defective product. The Apple Pencil works only while connected to the charging cable. As soon as the cable is removed, it stops working completely, making it unusable for its intended purpose.
What is even more frustrating is Flipkart’s response. Despite receiving a defective product, I was told that there is no return or replacement available and that I should contact Apple directly. If customers have to visit a service center immediately after receiving a faulty product, then what is the purpose of buying from Flipkart and trusting its sellers?
Customers pay for a brand-new, fully functional product—not for the inconvenience of proving that a product was defective from the moment it was delivered. Flipkart should take responsibility when defective items are supplied through its platform, and sellers should be held accountable for the quality of the products they ship.
My experience with Shreyash Retail Private Limited and Flipkart has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious before purchasing expensive Apple accessories from this seller.

“The most useless delievery service is flipkart. Everytime something happens the order always gets cancelled without the customer's consent. Amazon is way better because they always deliver the item even if it's delayed. Therefore I will no longer be using flipkart in my life ever again.

“I placed an order for an AC on 18th April, but as of today (1st May), the installation has still not been completed. I have not been given any confirmed date for when the installation will take place.
When I requested a return, I was informed that there is no option available from their side to accept returns. This is very disappointing, especially considering the delay and lack of proper support.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing electronic items from Flipkart. Their policies regarding returns and damaged products are not customer-friendly, and the overall service quality has been unsatisfactory.”

I’ve already contacted support multiple times via calls, chat, and grievance team—please don’t ask me to contact helpdesk again. I ordered a washing machine on 19 Apr (delivery 20 Apr). It was marked “Out for Delivery” but never delivered, with false “delivery failed” updates. The agent later refused delivery with false excuses and hinted at extra payment. Complaint filed with National Consumer Helpline. This is service failure and harassment.”

“I bought a product and it was defective and it was also old (sold as new) as the newly downloaded product app already had a previous owner. On phone they tried to troubleshoot and it did not resolve. On flipkart website, it is showing that 'Return Policy is valid till 29th" and today is 23rd. I received the product yesterday, 22nd and now they are saying they will not allow return, but only replace or repair, that also I have to take the stuff to a nearby service centre. Its unethical that they are selling damaged, refurbished product as new and refusing return. Ridiculously their app shows my issue is resolved. Will uninstall the flipkart app now as don't want to be cheated again.”
