“Ernie and Margaret were awesome! They were so kind and answered my many questions. Although I primarily worked with Ernie, Margaret was always so kind enough to respond back to me in a prompt manner when I had any questions if Ernie was busy in a meeting. Overall, awesome team!”

“Ernie and Matthew were very helpful during the whole process. Ernie worked hard to get the deal closed. I recommend FlipsSimpli to investors . The only thing I didnt like were the high servicing fees that showed up on the HUD statement. Please disclose the servicing fees ahead of time.”
