“size of panels and product quality = Excellent! Accuracy of color of samples on website, over plays red tones when compared to actual samples. Not close for the Elmsted and Brenwick sample planks I have received. The first sample planks I received, the Nakan sample were beautiful and completely looked real, but too light for my house, so I have continued trying to find a plank, medium brown with lightly red highlights. So far I have not been successful. I plan to continue trying Maybe with the smaller samples.”

“Was really happy with the quality of the sample, but no one has returned my call with questions about why the color looked completely different than it did online So it’s hard to get more information and make a decision about ordering.”

“I love the soft feel of the planks.... our current LVP (other brand) feels plastics, so as we build a new house I knew I wanted something different. Flooret is it. I prefer the feel underfoot of Flooret.”

“The floor looks beautiful and feels great to walk on. My only complaint is that they scratch a lot easier than I thought they would. The customer service was great. They patiently answered a million questions I had before putting the order in. At the end of the day, I am very happy with my purchase and the way the floor looks.”

“We have ordered several plank samples of Tilden, Dimalo, Elmstead and a single plank of Pomeroy and Yuzen. First order was Tilden. Too different than online image much to my disappointment. Yuzen was next and while stunning; too light for my taste. Then I discovered how to utilize the buy 3 get 33% off of 3 and I ordered two Dimalo and one Pomeroy. In the meantime my hubby thought he liked the Tilden. Me not so much. Once Dimalo and Pomeroy arrived we both decided Pomeroy much too dark. But I fell in love with Dimalo but hubby feels too dark. So I ordered a second plank of Tilden since hubby liked this one and two planks of Elmstead. Both of us like the Elmstead...but I still love the Dimalo. So decision not yet made. Sadly, both orders of 3 planks each both arrived damaged in transit. So concerned about ordering for the whole house.”

“Great flooring, looks like it will last a long time but unless you've installed wide plank flooring before, you should have it installed by a professional. The wider board (9") is a bit more difficult to knock into place. I went through 5 of the hammer blocks on 400 sf of flooring myself but the floor looks great!”

“Love the quality of the product. The samples are much better in person versus the online color. Narrowed my choice down to two samples so I ordered the larger planks for color variations and a better idea of how it would look in my home. Great experience overall with ordering and receiving samples. Looking forward to having these installed in my house.”
